With its increasing truck volume and high expectations of its aftersales service, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle had on June 17 dispatched 2 senior parts personnel to Dongfeng China. The specific mission was to study the most effective and efficient ways to enhance parts availability at the lowest price for the customers and to reduce down time.

In addition, Dongfeng China seconded a technical expert, Sun Jian, to Dongfeng Malaysia to provide hands-on training updates on the servicing of Dongfeng trucks, including the use of the latest upgraded diagnostic tools.
