Isuzu Malaysia and its Northern Region dealer, Indah Utara Sdn Bhd, successfully held a Commercial Vehicle (CV) Networking Dinner in Sungai Petani last month. The event was attended by key stakeholders, customers, and senior management in an evening dedicated to “fostering meaningful relationships and collaboration across the Northern Region.”
The dinner, organized by Indah Utara Group with support from Isuzu Malaysia’s CV and After-Sales Division, became a platform to engage with Isuzu‘s valued commercial vehicle customers in the region.
“It was a celebration of our shared dedication to excellence and an unwavering commitment to driving growth within the commercial vehicle sector,” wrote Mr Kugan Vyravanathan, Head of Customer Relationship Management, Training & Skills Development, and Fleet Support at Isuzu Malaysia, in his LinkedIn post.

Distinguished guests included Mr Shunsuke Okazoe, CEO of Isuzu Malaysia; Mr Masashi Nuijima, COO of the CV Division; Mr Wataru Miyamoto, COO of the After-Sales Division; Mr Poh, Managing Director of Indah Utara Sdn Bhd; Mr Rodney Tan, Group General Manager of Indah Utara Group; Ms Chin Hau Yen, Senior Manager of the CV Division; and Mr. Kugan Vyravanathan himself.
One of the highlights of the celebration dinner was the official handover ceremony of new Isuzu trucks to customers. The event also featured a CV products presentation and an after-sales session to provide valuable insights into “maximizing the performance and longevity of our vehicle” and ensure that Isuzu Malaysia‘s customers receive the best support possible.
“We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you and support your business growth. We are excited about the many milestones ahead and the continued success of our partnership,” wrote Mr. Kugan.
Mr Kugan also expressed his appreciation towards the Indah Utara team for their “tireless dedication and exceptional efforts”. “Together, we are not only setting new records in sales and expanding our market share but also driving sustainable growth throughout the Northern Region,” he added.
The success of the CV Networking Dinner marks an important milestone for Isuzu Malaysia‘s mission to shape the future of the country’s commercial vehicle industry.
