Managing waste is not a problem if the productivity of the daily job is well maintained. The same goes to logistic matters. Putting aside the logistic cost, a quality and durable vehicle is seen as an essential element to productive waste management. Despite more than 10 purchases made last year, Selangor’s state-owned KDEB Waste Management recently added 10 more Hino trucks for its daily operations.
Hino Trucks Handed Over to KDEB Waste Management: A Ceremony
The handover of the Hino trucks to KDEB Waste Management was held on 14th August at Kejuruteraan Go-Technology Sdn Bhd.
General Manager of KDEB Waste Management, Ramli Mohd Tahir, said: “We are so happy Hino agreed to give us the Hino GH model at a very affordable price.”
The latest Hino 500 line-up is enhanced with more safety features and improved performance to suit its function as a heavy-duty truck. With the wider air suspension, drivers also enjoy peace of mind and great driveability.
Ramli added: “Our contractors, they are very happy with the chassis. Collection from these lorries is large.”
Hino says its product line-up could cater to each segment in the market. The GH8JM1A, from the Hino 500 Series that was launched early this year, is made to serve as a garbage compactor.
