Johor-based CE Asia Heavy Machinery Sdn Bhd, the exclusive distributor for Sany Palfinger products, has opened a new Sany Palfinger showroom along the busy Pasir Gudang Highway in Johor Baru. Operational since May 2017, the 16,000-sq ft showroom displays a variety of Sany Palfinger truck mounted cranes and houses CE Asia’s sales office. The showroom is open 5½ days.

Edwin Tan, Operation Manager of CE Asia Heavy Machinery, said: “We decided to open a showroom in a high traffic area to create awareness about our products and attract walk-in enquiries. Our new showroom is located near the port and many trucks pass by daily.”
Edwin added that the new showroom would only focus on sales and pre-delivery inspection. Currently there were no plans to set up a workshop so that the area could be kept clean. Repair and maintenance works would continue to be based in the company’s Kempas Utama main office.
In addition, CE Asia was also working with the dealers of Japanese truck brands to introduce a special truck and crane package as a convenient one-stop solution for customers. The completed truck would come equipped with Sany Palfinger crane and wooden body.
Edwin said: “To remain competitive in this market, we will constantly introduce more interesting products and services in the near future.”
