Sagito Motors Upgrade to 3S Centre
Hap Seng Trucks Distribution Sdn. Bhd. (HSTD), the general distributor of Daimler trucks in Malaysia, together with its authorised dealer, Sagito Motor (M) Sdn. Bhd., recently celebrated the opening ceremony of a new 3S centre in Johor Bahru.
Located at Jalan Kempas Lama, Johor Bahru, within the vicinity of commercial routes, the new centre of Sagito Motor has a covered area of more than 16,000 square-feet. This new state-of-the-art infrastructure includes a large showroom, eight service work bays to cater to customer demand, a lounge with refreshments, a prayer room and a comfortable rest area for waiting customers. It serves as a reliable one-stop solution centre that aims to enhance the overall customer experience of Fuso commercial vehicles with a comprehensive follow-up service and maintenance offering.
The opening of the new Fuso 3S centre was officiated by the management team of Daimler, HSTD and Sagito Motor, and witnessed by their invited guests Harald Schmid, Chief Executive Officer of Daimler Commercial Vehicles South East Asia Pte Ltd.
“It is important to commend the efforts of Sagito Motor. The company has been one of the top selling dealers for Fuso but the service element was missing. The dealership then decided to ensure that customers got the best service so that their businesses were fully supported. I am sure that with your continuous support and trust, we will lead Fuso to the next level,” said Schmid.
