The third edition of the Malaysia International Logistics & Warehousing Solutions Exhibition (LogisWare 2018) would be held from 5th–7th September, 2018, 10am to 6pm, at Setia City Convention Centre (SCCC), Shah Alam, Selangor.
LogisWare Returns with an Exciting and Unforgettable Showcase
LogisWare is described as being established to improve the efficiency of the logistics and warehousing industry and facilitate it to a greater height by presenting an array of extensive showcase and activities. The effort is acknowledged by related government departments including the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) and has gained full support from major industry organisations such as the Federation of Malaysia Freight Forwarders (FMFF), Association of Malaysia Hauliers (AMH), SME Association of Malaysia (SMEAM), The Malaysia Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management (MIPMM), and many more.
The exhibition is seen as a professional platform designed for market players and industry stakeholders to gain more insight for their business expansion opportunities and the latest technology in local and international markets. This event gathers them all under one roof to share and exchange ideas about the fast-growing technology trends in the industry. The coming event also aims to bring in a greater variety of showcases and knowledge to present a more comprehensive industry event for the logistics and warehousing sector in Malaysia.
On top of that, there would be the first ever Forklift Competition in the trade exhibition held during LogisWare 2018.
“We are truly excited to have this forklift competition, not just to gain insight or the latest offerings in logistics and warehousing products, services and technology. We want the industry stakeholders, especially those from the warehousing and manufacturing sectors, to learn more about the importance of safe and efficient use of forklifts. This is not only about workplace safety but also one of the important methods in improving the overall efficiency of their business operations,” said Roger Lim, managing director of One International Exhibition Sdn Bhd, the organiser.
This exclusive forklift competition would determine the multi aspects of the forklift operators’ techniques and encourage them to demonstrate their professionalism by adhering to forklift safety practices. The winners would walk away with attractive cash prizes. Those who are interested to enrol in this competition could contact the organiser for further information.
In addition, there would be a comprehensive Industry 4.0 related seminar to feature and scale developments, disperse best practices and shape the business landscape in this industry. There would also be seminars and talk regarding ecommerce to further enlighten visitors.
LogisWare 2018, the only logistics and warehousing trade show in Malaysia for 2018, is said to continue moving forward as a trailblazing force in promoting the industry.
