                   Hino Launches Two New LCV Models
 Hino Motors (M) Sdn Bhd has recently launched two new LCV models for the local mar- ket – Eco Turbo and Tough Plus, which complement the current Hino 300 series Light Commercial Vehicle.
The 4 wheeler Eco Turbo (WU302R) is the first Japa- nese model with a GVW of 5 ton and is claimed to of- fer more power combined with a competitive market price. Meanwhile, the 6 wheeler Tough Plus ( 5 ton/ WU342R), capable of extra load handling with high du- rability and more power, is designed for heavy usage in palm oil estates (CPO) and construction sites. Both models are equipped with Turbo-intercooler engines, which Hino claims can maxi- mise engine performance and decrease the amount of harmful gasses. In addition, the Turbo-intercooler model is claimed to be powerful as well as offering low fuel con- sumption.
According to Hino, these two models are specially devel- oped for the ASEAN coun- tries and therefore take local requirements into consider- ation. They offer supreme durability and improved economy. At present, there are more than 50,000 units operating throughout Indo- nesia with no major power line and turbo intercooler problems reported.
Hino is now at its second stage of changing the Light Commercial Vehicle Cul- ture. To facilitate the culture change initiative, Hino is in- troducing its Free Service Program (FSP) , Customer
Service(CS) Contest and Training Programs to its employees. FSP dem- onstrates Hino’s commit- ment in providing best af- ter sales care for all Hino LCV trucks that have been sold and registered since 1st November 2010. It is a free service campaign, which allows customers to send their vehicles to any Hino authorised service dealer for mileage checks at 5,000km, 15,000km and 25,000 respectively. The free service offer in- cludes parts, lubricants and labour.
The company also claims to have set another sales record. According to Hino, as of October 2011, the company still occupies the top position with a 34% market share in both the LCV category and in terms of total registrations. By the end of 2011, the com- pany is targeting to sell a total of more than 7000 units.

日野推出两款新轻卡
日野汽车(马)有限公司最近为本地市场推出了 两款新轻型卡车―Eco Turbo 和 Tough Plus ,使日野300轻卡系列变得更为完整。
四轮Eco Turbo(WU302R)是首个GVW 5吨的日本款型,日野 宣称它具有更大的威力和非常具竞争性的价格。六轮Tough Plus(5吨/WU342R),拥有额外的负荷处理,更耐用及更 大的威力,是特别为棕油园(CPO)和建筑工地的重型用途而 设计的。这两款都采用涡轮冷却器引擎,据日野宣称,涡 轮冷却器引擎能提高引擎的性能和降低有害气体。另外, 它还宣称涡轮冷却器引擎款型更有威力,也更省油。
据日野表示,这两款轻卡是特别针对东合国家所设计的,因此在 设计时考虑到了本地的需求。目前,已有5万多辆在印尼行驶, 而且没有发生任何主要的电力线和涡轮冷却器引擎的问题。
日野目前正处于改变轻卡商用车文化的第二阶段。为了推 动改变该文化的计划,日野正在向其员工推介免费服务计 划(FSP)、客户服务(CS)竞赛及训练计划。免费服务 计划履行了日野立志为所有的日野轻型卡车用户(自2010 年11月1日出售和登记)提供最佳售后服务的承诺,客户 可将车子送到任何日野所委任的服务代理,分别在5,000 公里、 15,000公里及 25,000公里时检查里数。免费的服 务包括零部件、润滑油及人工。
该公司也宣称他们刷新了另一个销售记录。据日野说,截至 2011年10月为止,该公司在轻卡和总登记车辆总数中占有34%的 市场额。到了 2011年底,该公司的销售目标是 7,000部。
