大马普利司通 推出两款新 Ecopia卡客车
轮胎
马来西亚普利 司通推出了 两款全新的
卡客车轮胎—R156和R159, 旨在协助车队公司降低他们的
运作成本。
该公司宣称,Ecopia卡客车轮胎系列拥有先进的降低滚 动阻力设计,是要求燃油效率和效能车队的最佳选择, 它们里数高、具有抗不规则磨耗的能力及耐用胎体。把 这种种好处加起来,就能够为环境带来较低的影响。
Ecopia R156 是条全方位的一般货物轮胎。它的特点包 括胎沟排石设计,协助避免轮胎夹石子,进而对胎体造 成破坏。双尼龙帘布层加强胎唇保护,带来更长的使用 寿命和翻胎性,优化肋纹分散,减低肋纹变形,抵消不 规则耗损。它那方形的胎肩设计能更均匀地分散接地压 力,减少轮胎磨耗。
该公司曾在2013年请来独立的第三方(TUV Rheinland) 在泰国验证 R156 的燃油效率。测试结果显示R156 的燃 油节省比其上一代R150,高了1.1 %。马来西亚、澳大利 亚及印度的测试数据资料显示,在不同的路况下,它拥 有比R150改善了9至23%的轮胎寿命。
R156目前所推出的尺寸为9.5R17.5、12R22.5、 295/80R22.5及 315/80R22.5。
至于Ecopia R159,则是普利司通具燃油效率的巴士车 胎。除了拥有与R156 同样的强劲特点如胎沟排石设计、 双尼龙帘布层外,R159独特的优化轮胎形状,宣称能降 低轮胎运作时的变形和能源流失。再加上Nanopro-Tech 混合胶料--普利司通的专利胎壁混合胶料--它不单可限 制能源流失, 而且还能在轮胎翻新后,保留燃油。
据TUV Rheinland的测试结果显示,R159比R150拥有更低 的滚动阻力和高了6.6% 的燃油效率。R158 只推出一种 尺寸,就是295/80R22.5。
Bridgestone Malaysia Introduces Two New Ecopia TBR Tyres
Bridgestone Malaysia in- troduced two new Eco- pia Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) tyres – the R156 and R159 – with the aim to help fleet companies lower their operating cost.
Utilising advance tyre technol- ogy specifically designed to reduce rolling resistance, the company claims the Ecopia TBR tyres are ideal for fleets that demand fuel efficiency and performance as they de- liver excellent mileage, irregu- lar wear resistance and casing durability, which all adds up to a lower impact on the environment.
The Ecopia R156 is an all-position
general cargo tyre. Features include
stone ejectors that help to prevent capture and retention of casing-damaging stones, dual nylon chafers bolster bead protection for long life and retreadability, optimised rib distri- bution that minimises rib deformation to offset irregular wear and square shoulder design that distributes contact pressure more evenly to reduce the occurrence of tyre wear.
To verify the fuel efficiency of the R156, a test was conducted in Thailand in 2013 by an independent third party (TUV Rhein- land), which resulted in a fuel saving of 1.1 per cent compared to its predecessor, R150. Test data collected in Malaysia, Aus- tralia and India also showed that under different road condi- tions, the removal life was improved by between 9 and 23 per cent against the R150.
The available sizes are 9.5R17.5, 12R 22.5, 295/80R22.5 and 315 /80R 22.5.
Meanwhile, the Ecopia R159 is Bridgestone’s fuel efficient intercity bus tyre. Besides the strong features similar to the R156 such as stone ejectors and dual nylon chafers, the R159 has an optimised tyre shape that is said to reduce de- formation and energy loss under operation. In addition, with the Nanopro-Tech compound – a proprietary sidewall com- pound – it could limit energy loss to help conserve fuel even after being retreaded.
According to a test conducted by TUV Rheinland, the R159 had shown better lower rolling resistance and a fuel saving of 6.6 per cent compared to the R150. The R158 is available in 295/80R22.5 size only.
