According to Nicholas, it was Daniel Ar Kian, the founder of Bubu Food Truck, who decided to buy a Fuso Canter truck and which he felt was the right decision.
“Daniel’s dad owned multiple food trucks in Europe. For Dan- iel, Bubu Food Truck’s business is more about passion as he also owns other businesses. Daniel has set a pretty high standard on the quality and food that they serve as well as the counter service. We do everything possible to ensure that we purchase only the best and freshest produce daily, and that all the sauces, marinades and spices that we use are of a high quality. In addition, we do not serve frozen food and all of our food is cook on the spot, directly on the truck.”
Bubu White Chocolate Chicken and Bubu Braised Beef Ba- guette/Panini are the two specialties on the menu. “It takes about 6-7 minutes for the order to be ready. We open from Monday to Saturday, from 5pm to 12 midnight at Lorong Ra- him Kajai 14, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, near Maybank. Currently we have a great mix of customer base and the majority are muslims; thus it is imperative that we acquire our halal certifi- cation in the nearest possible time.”
Meanwhile, Bubu was in the recent Dyson’s event in Johor during the Merdeka weekend, where they had fed approxi- mately 1,500 people. “The response was really overwhelming that I had to help our two chefs in the kitchen. I would say this was the craziest thing we have ever done!”

据尼古拉斯表示,该卡车是Bubu美食卡车创办人丹尼尔 (Daniel Ar Kian)决定购买的,而他认为丹尼尔确实做了 个正确的选择。
“丹尼尔的父亲在欧洲拥有多辆美食卡车。对拥有其他生意 的丹尼尔来说,Bubu美食卡车的生意主要是激情。丹尼尔制 定了一个相当高的品质标准,不论是他们所提供的食物或者 是客户服务。我们竭尽所能确保我们每日购买的都是最好最 新鲜的食材,而且使用的都是优质的上等酱料、鹵汁及香 料。此外,我们不提供冷冻的食物,而且我们的食物全都是 直接在卡车上现煮的。”
在他们的菜单中,最具特色的两道美食是Bubu 白巧克力鸡和 Bubu红烧牛肉面包/三文治。“点餐后,我们一般需要个6-7 分钟的时间来准备食物。我们的营业时间是每星期一至星期 六,从傍晚5点到午夜12点,地点是在敦伊斯迈花园的Rahim Kajai 14巷, 靠近马来西亚银行。目前,我们的客户是由不 同的族群组成,其中以清真教徒占大多数,因此要在最短的 时间里取得清真食品认证是势在必行的。”
此外,Bubu最近在马来西亚庆祝独立的周末,出现在Dyson的 活动上,他们在当天喂饱了将近1,500人。“参与者的反应 实在是太热烈了,我甚至必须到厨房协助我们的厨师。我会 说这是我们做过最疯狂的事!”
美食卡车与餐馆不同,尼古拉斯说他们与客户有着密切的关 系,可每天亲自与他们接触和通过社交网络与他们交流。“
