  马赛地服务马来西亚公司成立于3年前,为 购买马赛地奔驰商用车的客户提供融资和 车险服务。我们访问了商用车部门负责人 茹海成和马赛地服务马来西亚公司董事经理希尔克 (Hilke Janssen),请他们谈谈有关该公司在这方面 的服务。

 Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia was established three years ago to provide finance and insurance services to customers buying Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles. We talked to Albert Yee, Head of Commercial Vehicles Division, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Hilke Janssen, Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia about some of the services on offer.
1. What are the key considerations that customers look for when purchasing a commercial vehicle?
Albert: Customers look for quality products. They want products that are robust, able to meet their business requirements and come with a host of services that can support their business. They will also look for the best financing offer that they can get.

Hilke: From a financial services perspective, customers want fast loan approvals and affordable monthly instalments. They also seek a partner that can support their business needs after the purchase of the vehicle. That is why at the start of the loan ap- plication process, our dedicated finance and insurance experts will spend time with the customers and help them decide on a financing solution that best suits their needs. Our loan applica- tion process is simple and we pride ourselves on fast turnaround times of up to one day.
