S&S 汽车公司 取得国油RAPID项目 员工巴士服务合约
居銮S&S私人有限公 司与国油于2016 年5月30日签署 谅解备忘录(MoU)，在这 个为期3年的合约下，S&S汽 车私人有限公司将为国油
RAPID项目，提供员工巴士 服务。S&S汽车私人有限公 于1988年，是柔佛其中一家著
名的城际及郊外巴士运输服务公司。
“我们为能够取得这个合约，深感自豪。其实共 有4家公司竞标这个项目，而我们不过是家中小 型的公司。”首席执行员萨奇达夫(Suchdav Joti Sroop)表示。
在此合约下，该公司将为RAPID项目提供250辆巴士 车和司机。“我们将采用全新，量身打造的高规格 及现代化，搭载日野引擎的SK巴士。这些配备Al- lision自动排挡的巴士，拥有包括防锁死制动系统 (ABS)、防滑调节器(ASR)、倒车摄像机、闭路 电视、全球定位系统(GPS)追踪等安全配备。它 们非常舒适，看起来就像是机场客运。”
第一批为数80辆的巴士将在今年10月底开始运 行。“国油确保持续的员工健康与安全的改善， 并要求其员工和承包商时时刻刻都严格遵守此政 策。我们严格监督车辆的定时维修和检查。我们 彻底检查司机的健康和背景，包括交通违规、刑 事和事故记录，努力为客户提供最好的司机。我 们会持续为司机提供培训，继续强化他们有关安 全的概念和信息。”
国油炼油和石化工业综合项目(RAPID)是 柔佛州政府所建议的边加兰综合石油中心 (Pengerang Integrated Petroleum Complex) 发展计划的一部分。此总投资约970亿令吉的计 划，RAPID项目就占了600亿令吉，其中相关的设 施则需400亿令吉。RAPID炼油项目将生产符合欧 4和欧5燃油规格的柴油和汽油。它将为制造高度 专业化化学产品的石化中心供应原料。该炼油中 心将采用现代化的技术来制造这些产品，并遵循 严格的环境规定。
此占地2，000公顷的中心，每年生产9百万公吨 的石油产品和45万公吨的化工产品。
Syarikat Kenderaan S & S Secures Worker Bus Service Contract for Petronas RAPID Project
Kluang-based Syarikat Kenderaan S & S Sdn Bhd signed a Memoran- dum of Understanding (MoU) with Petronas on 30th May, 2016 to secure a 3-year con- tract to supply a worker bus service for the Petronas RAPID project. Founded in 1988, the company is one of the reputable intercity and rural bus transpor- tation companies in Johor.
“We are really proud to secure
this contract. There were 4 com-
panies bidding for this project
and we are only a mid-size organisation,” said Chief Executive Of- ficer Suchdav Joti Sroop.
Under the contract, the company will supply 250 buses with driv- ers for the RAPID project. “We will use brand new custom made SK buses with high specification, modern look and powered by Hino engines. Fitted with Allison automatic transmissions, these buses are equipped with comprehensive safety features including Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Anti-Slip Regulator (ASR), reverse camera, CCTv, Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking, to name a few. They are comfortable and look exactly like airport coaches.”
The first batch of 80 buses will start operating at the end of October. “Petronas ensures continual improvement in its health, safety and employees, and requires all its employees and contractors to strictly adhere to this policy at all times. We have a strict policy to monitor regular vehicle maintenance and perform checks that proper inspec- tion was completed. We strive to provide our clients with the very best drivers with thorough health and background checks including traffic offences, criminal and accident records. On-going training will be provided by us to expose our drivers continuously to safety ideas and information.”
The Petronas’ Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development (RAPID) project is part of the larger Pengerang Integrated Petro- leum Complex (PIPC) proposed by the Johor State Government. The PIPC project’s total investment is approximately RM97 billion, of which the Rapid project costs RM60 billion and the associated facilities require RM40 billion. The RAPID project refinery will pro- duce gasoline and diesel that will meet Euro4 and Euro5 fuel speci- fications. It will also supply feedstock for the petrochemical complex that will produce highly-specialised chemicals. The refinery will use modern technologies to produce these products and follow stringent environment.
The complex will cover an area of 2,000ha and produce nine million tonnes of petroleum products and 4.5 million tonnes of petrochemi- cals a year.
