Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Hino Motors Limited Japan, organised the Hino Total Support (TS) Contest for the eighth year.

Hino TS Contest Aims to Enhance Dealers Customer Servicing Skill

Held at its headquarters in Petaling Jaya, the contest witnessed the participation of 158 contestants from 26 companies that were Hino authorised dealers. The aim was to foster greater skill and knowledge among the dealers, enhance their customer servicing skill as well as improve technical expertise.

All the contestants in the four categories – Sales, Services, Spare-parts and Customer Service Operation – were tested on their theoretical and practical skills. These categories are said to be in line with Hino’s mission: “To be Malaysia’s most Customer-Centric and reliable Commercial Vehicle Company, and make our country a better place to live by providing ‘Best-fit Products’ and ‘Total Support’.”

日野第八届全方位支援大赛回归

日本日野自动车株式会社(Hino Motors Limited Japan)子公司—日野汽车销售 (马来西亚)私人有限公司,近期主办日野全方位支援 (TS) 竞赛。这也是该公司第八年主持该大赛。

该比赛在日野八打灵再也的总部举行,共有158 名来自26家日野授权代理商公司的参赛者参加。此竞赛的目的是提高日野代理商的技能与知识,加强他们的客户服务技能和技术专长。

所有来自销售、服务、备件及客户服务运营四大类别的参赛者都接受了理论和实践技能测试。据悉这些类别都符合日野的使命:“成为马来西亚最以客户为中心和最可靠的商用车公司,并通过提供最合适的产品和全面支援,使我国成为一个更美好的居住地…..”
