Kitar Teliti Showcases Roadone Tyres at  MCVE 2022

The company prides itself on providing quality products and good services that make them stand out from the competition.

Family-run companies are traditionally badged as unadventurous and slow to change. However, it is not always the case. Manager Chris Cher is all set for making changes, especially how they approach the market.

“Before my sister and I returned from abroad, the sales of Roadone truck tyres were handled by my dad and another sales personnel. The two-person team worked closely with only a few selected dealers, which was the traditional way to sell our products in large volumes. Since we’ve joined the company we have made several changes,” he said.

The immediate focus of Cher is to expand its sales team and channels. Today, it has doubled the number of sales personnel within the team. With four salespeople, he said, they can cover the whole Malaysian market better. Besides the selected dealers, he revealed that they also sell Roadone truck tyres directly to end-users and tyre retailers, which has increased customer brand loyalty.
