A Quicker Start With Nova Super MF Calcium Battery
For the many consumers in Malaysia, Nova Su- per MF Battery might be a new brand, but to- day, with the effort of Global Battery Marketing, Nova has successfully captured the attention of the local market.
Since its inception in 2011, Global Battery Marketing (GBM) has become the sole distributor in Malaysia of Nova Maintenance Free (MF) batteries from Korea.

The Nova Calcium MF battery’s centred cast-on plate straps are stronger than thinner gas-burned conven- tional connectors to reduce the lever action move- ment resulting from road shocks. Its exclusive pat- ented liquid gas separator prevents electrolyte losses by collecting and returning liquid to the reservoir. The battery is able to “breathe” through vents during tem- perature changes.Thanks to a flame arrester safety system, the battery is also protected against explo- sion, acid-leakage is minimised, and the inflow of dust is prevented.
Other features include a fully heat-sealed cover that prevents contamination and also adds to the bat- tery’s strength and rigidity. The cover also has per- manent flame arresters and a built-in hydrometer for faster checking. With its wrought lead calcium grids, considerable strength is offered with resistance to corrosion, over-charge and thermal runaway. Other attributes are minimal gassing and water usage and less self-discharge.
