日野申达央全面客户支援中心开业
马来西亚日野汽车销售私人有限公司(HMSM)最近在申达央(Send- ayan)开设其首家日野全面客户支援中心。日本日野汽车私人有限 公司(HML)总裁Y.Ichihashi,在马来西亚日野汽车销售私人有限 公司董事经理K. Iwamoto和副总裁田中信行(N.Tanaka) 的陪同下,为该中心 主持开幕仪式。
日野全面客户支援中心位于申达央技术谷(Sendayan TechValley )面积为24 ,327平方米的场地上,毗邻还有一个驾驶测试场。该中心被形容为世界最先进 和唯一的全面支援培训中心,而这无疑显示了马来西亚市场作为日野汽车在东 南亚第三大营运支柱的重要性。 它有个迷你图库,让客户得以从中取得有关日 野技术、理念、历史及产品系列方面的信息。
日野旨在通过该全面支援,延伸他们对马来西亚客户的贡献和提升品牌意识。

安全及Eco-Cien驾驶培训:参与者将接受日野巩固环保意识的驾驶培训, 降低二氧化碳排放。这些技巧和技能对安全和环保非常关键,并可提高盈 利。
司机熟悉度培训:参与者将取得技能和知识,确保他们熟悉车子的定期维 修、保修及日常检查。

该免费的培训公开给日野国内的所有客户。公司的管理层计划在今年为456名参 与者主办38场Eco-Cien培训,还有为近600名参与者主办40场司机熟悉度培训。
Hino Total Support Customer Centre in Sendayan Opened
Hino Motors Sales Malaysia Sdn Bhd (HMSM) recently opened its debut Hino Total Support Customer Centre (HTSCC) in Send- ayan. President of Hino Motors Ltd, Japan (HML) Y. Ichihashi graced the official opening of the centre, accom- panied by the Managing Director of HMSM, K. Iwamoto, and Deputy Chair- man N. Tanaka.
HTSCC is located on a 24,327-square metre site with a driving test course (1km) in Sendayan TechValley. The centre is described as the latest and only Total Support training facility in the world, and reflects the importance of the Malaysian market as the third pillar of Hino Motors’ operations in Southeast Asia. It has a mini gallery for customers to gain information of Hino’s technology, philosophy, history and product line-up.
Through this Total Support, Hino aims to extend its contribution to Malaysian customers and increase brand aware- ness.
HTSCC is operated by HMSM to pro- vide customers with the necessary training and techniques;
Safety & Eco-Cien Driver Train- ing: Participants will be trained on Hino’s philosophy of strengthen- ing environmental awareness by reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emission. These skills and tech- niques are essential for safe and economical driving leading to in- creased business profitability.
Driver Familiarisation Training: Participants will be equipped with skills and knowledge to ensure familiarisation of the vehicle peri- odic maintenance schedule, war- ranty and daily inspection.
These training programmes are ex- pected to help customers use Hino products safely with less down time and life time cost. Hino history and philosophy are also introduced to in-
