“The lightweight design of this axle can reduce the weight of the entire trailer with 3 axles by 120kg, which improves the fuel economy and transportation capability of the whole trailer. Furthermore, it is cost saving as its hub unit is lifetime maintenance free dur- ing the life of the vehicle operation, which can reduce operating cost by about US$8,000 to US$12,000.”
For this product, he said the company was targeting logistic companies that ran their trucks 24 hours. “For companies that operate in such a way in which they allocate 3 drivers to a truck so that it can run 24 hours non-stop, this product would be ideal. As less mainte- nance means less downtime, it is cost saving as well.”
Meanwhile, the 10T Lightweight Axle, he said, was the optimal choice as it reduced the semi-trailer self-weight and improved transportation efficiency. Compared to the common axle, he explained, each lightweight axle was lighter by about 40kg and a semi-trailer with tri-axles was lighter by about 120kg. Using the lightweight suspension would improve the loading rate and efficiency. Furthermore, the maintenance was easy and convenient. The lightweight axle had the CSE wheel hub, which meant the bearings, oil, seals, grease and related items would be sealed tightly in the hub. During maintenance, the tyre could be removed quickly and easily with the wheel and brake drum together. Compared to the common axle, the maintenance time could be reduced by about 50 per cent.
“Tyre wear and tear as well as fuel consumption would be reduced as well,” he added.
Besides axles, the company carried a full range of spare-parts for semi-trail- ers and tankers. Moving forward, Wong revealed that the company would like to focus more on spare-parts.
To foster a closer relationship with customers, Wong recently organised the company’s first golf tournament at Meru Valley Golf & Country Club in Ipoh on 19th November, followed by a dinner at the club house. The event attracted 60 goffers from 20 truck companies. The winners were Jack Chew (1st place), Tan Chee Kean (2nd), Lee Keng Wan (3rd), Michael Lee(4th) and Winson Chin (5th).
About 80 guests attended the dinner-cum-prize giving ceremony. The pro- gramme included L1 product presentation by representatives from Yonglitai Axles China and a lucky draw.
In conjunction with the golf tournament, the company and its principal Yonglitai donated RM10,000 to Poi Lam School Old Students’ Association . Its Chair- man, Lawrence Singh, received the donation on the association’s behalf.

“它还能同时降低轮胎磨耗和油耗。”他 补充说。
除了车轴,该公司也销售半挂车和槽车的 全系列零部件。黄瑞濠透露说,他们的未 来计划是将更多的注意力放在零部件上。
为了增进与客户的关系,该公司在11月 19日于怡保美鲁谷高尔夫及乡村俱乐部 (Meru Valley Country Club) 第 一次主办高尔夫球赛,并在球赛结束后 设宴招待客户。共有60名客户参加该高 尔夫球赛,优胜者为Jack Chew(第一 名)、Tan Chee Kean(第二名)、Lee Keng Wan(第三名)、Michael Lee(第
四名)及Wilson Chin(第五名)。

抽奖。
