“This centre has been in operation since 2012. Our head office is lo- cated in Tawau and my plan is to move it here. The reason is because our sales in Kota Kinabulu account for about 50 per cent of our total volume and this will allow us to operate more efficiently. However, we have delayed the plan as many of our staff refused to come over to Kota Kinabalu.”
The modern facility comprises a showroom, workshop and spare- parts department. Clean and contemporary, the reception and spacious showroom with a variety of Isuzu products exude a wel- coming feel.
Operated by 10 technicians, its well-equipped workshop has 10 bays. There is also a cosy customer lounge where customers can relax with free flowing coffee, water and biscuits, daily newspaper, magazines as well as WiFi while having their vehicles serviced.
“We are handling 40-50 vehicles on average per day. The services that we provide include normal services, repairs, warranty claims and refur- bishments. We know how important it is to get the vehicle back on the road and we are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure prompt and efficient service. By having sufficient spare-parts and accessories in stock, especially fast moving items, helps to reduce downtime. In addition, we maintain our skills through regular and diversified training, including those that are provided by Isuzu.”
To ensure that its customers get hassle-free service in a breakdown, the company offers a seven-day, 24-hour roadside service.
“Besides our head office in Tawau, we have 5 branches in Sabah, with 2 located in Kota Kinabalu and 1 each in Lahad Datu, Keningau and Sandakan. For every branch, we have 8 to 10 technicians and 5 to 6 Isuzu Dr Mobile for breakdown assistance.”

为了确保客户在车子发生故障 时取得便捷的服务,该公司提 供7天24小时道路救援服务。
“除了斗湖的总公司,我们 在沙巴拥有5家分行。两家位 于哥打京那巴鲁,并分别在拿 笃(Lahad Datu)、根地咬 (Keningau)及山打根各有一 家分行。我们的每一家分行, 都拥有8 至10位技术人员和5 至6辆的五十铃Dr Mobile道路 救援车。”
