塔塔汽车SkillFest锦标赛
与嘉实多(Castrol)联手合作的塔塔汽车“SkillFest”锦标赛 项目，最近在全球举行。这个被视为是一个认可塔塔汽车授权 修车厂服务咨询员的知识和技能的倡议，获得了来自全球各地 渠道伙伴的热烈回响。
这个世界级的SkillFest锦标赛于2016年12月17日在吉隆坡举行，吸引 了来自印度、南亚区域合作联盟(SAARC)、非洲、中东、独立国协 (CIS)及俄罗斯顶尖服务咨询员参加。
共有26名来自16个国家，包括印度、智利、肯雅、塞内加尔(Senegal) 、斯里兰卡、印尼、尼泊尔、奥曼(Oman)、南非、不丹、迪拜、泰 国、突尼西亚(Tunisia)、马来西亚、沙地阿拉伯及加纳(Ghana) 的服务咨询员参加此次的竞赛。它包含结合了理论和角色扮演的测试， 以及有关产品知识、软技能、修理和养护实践，以及商业技能的个人面 试，嘉实多红地毯培训及安全。
当晚，全球SkillFest 的颁奖典礼在吉隆坡万丽酒店盛大举行，出席者包 括塔塔汽车有限公司和加实多高级主管和全球各地的渠道伙伴。
世界级SkillFest的优胜者为尼泊尔Siparadi贸易私人有限公司的桑迪 普●顾龙(Sandeep Gurung)，他获得了一个奖杯、证书及奖金2，000美 元。第二名是来自印度Mithila汽车的拉杰什(Rajesh Das)，他赢得了 一个奖杯、证书及奖金1，500美元。第三名是来自奥曼Al Hashar有限公 司的文卡塔(Venkata Satya Joga Rao)，他取得1，000美金、奖杯及 证书。第四名是印度M.G.汽车的桑迪普●雅达尔(Sandeep Yadav)，奖 品包括奖金1，000美元、奖杯及证书。第五名有两位:来自印度Arvind 汽车的莫汉(Mohan G.C)和塔塔非洲控股(肯雅)有限公司的费利克斯 (Felix Omondi Wandolo)。他们各自获得奖金500美元、奖杯及证书。

Tata Motors SkillFest Championship
Tata Motors ‘SkillFest’ championship programme in collaboration with Cas- trol was recently conducted across the globe. The programme was seen as an initia- tive for recognising the knowledge and skills of the service advisors in all TML authorised workshops. The programme was said to re- ceive overwhelming response from Channel Partners around the world.
The SkillFest Championship Global level was held in Kuala Lumpur on 17th Decem- ber, 2016 with top service advisors from In- dia, SAARC, Africa, Middle East, CIS and Russia.
This event saw 26 service advisors from 16 countries - India, Chile, Kenya, Senegal, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Nepal, Oman, South Africa, Bhutan, Dubai, Thailand, Tunisia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Ghana - partici- pating. It involved tests with a combination of theory, role-play and personal interview on topics such as product knowledge, soft skills, repair and maintenance practices, business skills, Castrol red carpet training and safety.
That evening, the Global SkillFest Award Ceremony was held at the Renaissance Ho- tel KL. The function was graced by senior dignitaries from Tata Motors Ltd and Castrol, and Channel partners from across the globe.
The SkillFest Global level Winner title was won by Sandeep Gurung from Nepal (M/s Sipradi Trading PVT Ltd), who received a tro- phy, certificate and cash award of US$2,000. Rajesh Das from India (M/s Mithila Motors) secured the 1st Runner-up position. He re- ceived a cash award of US$1,500, trophy and certificate. Securing the 3rd position (2nd runner-up) was Venkata Satya Joga Rao from Oman (Al Hashar Co LLC) with cash award of US$1,000, trophy and certifi- cate. Fourth position (3rd runner-up) went to Sandeep Yadav from India (M. G. Motors) with cash award of US$1,000, trophy and certificate.Fifth position (4th runner-up) was jointly secured by Mohan G. C from India (Arvind Motors) and Felix Omondi Wandolo from Tata Africa Holding (Kenya) Ltd. Each received a cash award of US$500, trophy and certificate.
All 26 Global level service advisors also re- ceived a Certificate of Participation.
