长安之星将在本地组装
随着开始在本地组装，长安之星(Chana ERA Star)小卡车的市场将会变得越来越大，预计 销售量会在2012年达到1,500辆。
2011年初由长安成功汽车有限公司引进的长安之星， 成功吸引了中小型市场和小贸易商的注意。这加速了 本地经销商在柔佛东方组装厂(Oriental Assemblers Plant)组装车子的计划。
“长安之星在2006年和2010年之间，晋升成为中国排名 第一的迷你卡车。这主要是凭据着它负担得起的入门价 格，而这对小贸易商，还有小生意经营者及新企业家来 说意味着更低的资本成本。”长安成功汽车私人有限公 司总执行长拿督许综文表示。
以33,688令吉的上路价发售，包括钢斗，长安之星可按 作业性质需要，安装成高蓬箱柜货车(Luton)、箱型货 车、夜市集货车及木斗车。
5速手排变速系统搭配，单一驾驶室的小卡车采用最高 功率可达58仟瓦的1.3公升排量引擎，最高扭力为110kg. cm等都是吸引企业家注意的因素，因为它可提供可靠和 有效的运输解决方案。
这款新的小卡车是长安汽车公司所制造的。它是中国自主 品牌汽车产量排名第一的公司，在2010年生产高达110万辆 汽车，而在全球汽车总产量中排名第17位。长安汽车公司 是长安汽车公司集团的一份子，也是中国第四大的汽车工 业制造商，2010年的产量高达240万辆。
The Chana ERA Star pickup universe is getting larger with the commencement of local assembly for the increasingly popular cab-forward pickup in Malaysia, where sales are projected to reach 1,500 units in 2012.
Introduced by Changan Berjaya Auto Sdn Bhd earlier in 2011, the Chana ERA Star has been attracting interest among the SME market and small traders, which has accelerated plans by the lo- cal distributor to get assembly underway at the Oriental Assem- blers plant in Johor.
“The Chana ERA Star made its mark as the number one mini truck in China between 2006 and 2010. These credentials are backed up by a very affordable entry price which means low capital costs for small traders, as well as small and new business owners,” said Chief Executive Officer of Changan Berjaya Auto Sdn Bhd, Dato' Tony Khor.
With a base selling price of RM33,688.00, which includes a steel deck body, the Chana ERA Star will also be available in Luton, Box, Hawker and Wooden body variants.
This 5-speed manual transmission single cab pickup is powered by a 1.3 litre engine, producing 58kW of power, and has a maximum 110 kg.cm of torque, factors which have caught the attention of en- trepreneurs, as it offers a reliable and efficient transport solution.
The new multi-platform truck is produced by Changan Automobile, which is ranked as No.1 in China; based on its total production of 1.1 million units in 2010. Changan Automobile is also ranked No. 17 in terms of total motor vehicles manufactured in the world for the year 2010. Changan Automobile is part of the China Changan Automobile Group, the 4th largest in China’s automotive industry; which produced 2.4 million units in 2010.
