这次共有超过100名来自全国的代理参加竞赛。参与该挑战的 条件是参赛者必须出席日野全方位支援的简介和培训，这是为 了确保参赛者在真正的比赛前，更具有胜任比赛的能力。日野 相信这将协助培育更专业的代理商，为客户带来更好的服务。
Lu & Sons工程私人有限公司连续第二年蝉联日野全方位挑战赛 冠军，FF汽车私人有限公司则屈居亚军，季军得主为TTJ Agen- cy私人有限公司。

“Looking at Hino Total Support activities previously, I’m glad that we have established nationwide dealer’s networking to run with us in the business. At the same time, Hino has been focusing and dedicating dealers to provide Total Support ac- tivities that cover not only Sales and After Sales, but also in other related aspect that is common in the automotive trade,” said Ken Iwamoto, Managing Director of HMSM.
The contest was organised according to Hino Sales, Service and Spare-Parts area of knowledge and conducted through theoretical and practical tests.
It was officiated by Toshiaki Yasuda, Managing Officer of Hino Motors Ltd, Japan and Iwamoto. Also present were special guests from Hino Motors, Ltd, Japan; Toshiya Shio- zawa, General Manager of Overseas Service Division; Ya- sunori Yoshimura from Domestic Training Group; and Jun Sekiya from Overseas Parts Division.
Speaking at the event, Yasuda said: “We believe that all of you will share with us the best TS practices that are developed by your daily efforts in sales, service and spare- parts. In that sense, the contest will definitely be an im- portant session to raise the level of Hino Total Support in Malaysia.”
The recent Hino TS Contest saw participation from more than a hundred Hino dealers nationwide. To be qualified to enter the contest, participants were required to attend Hino Total Support’s briefing and training. This was to prepare participants to be more competent before the actual con- test. Hino believed this would develop more professional dealer personnel to provide better service for the benefit of customers.
For the second year, Lu & Sons Engineering Sdn Bhd walked away as the champion of the Hino TS Contest, while FF Automobile Sdn Bhd was named 1st runner-up and TTJ Agency Sdn Bhd 2nd runner-up.
